Reports to: Directly to the Property Manager. Indirectly reports to the Leasing & Marketing Manager.
 
The Community Assistant is responsible for executing the overall lifecycle of the marketing strategy. These bright personalities energize the team and build end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty, year over year. Their day-to-day tasks include conducting tours of the property with prospective residents, leading on and off-site community events, and supporting the Property Manager, Assistance Property Manager and Leasing Manager to attract & retain highly qualified leads.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Campus Networking – responsible for executing the daily street teaming efforts to attract high-quality leads.
  • Social Media – supports the Leasing & Marketing Manager in content creation by participating in videos and photography.
  • Prospect & Lease Management – follow up, file management and clear communication with prospects as they convert to future residents.
  • Resident Support & Retention – manage phone and in person needs of residents.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws including but not limited to: OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing.
  • Perform other duties deemed necessary by the management team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least part-time enrollment in the property target university.
  • Evening and some weekend availability for events and on call shifts including summer move in day preparation.
  • Prior employment experience as part of a team, preferably in sales or marketing.
  • Creativity in generating new ideas to solve problems and accomplish goals.
  • Understanding of others needs and empathizing with resident concerns.
  • Adaptability to adjust quickly to changing environments.
 
 

Leasing & Marketing Manager

As CA Ventures expands in the Reno market, we are recruiting for a Leasing & Marketing Manager to champion CA Management Services and the property brand. At CA, we value dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work through challenges that arise during the development phase. The New Development LMM will oversee the day-to-day operations and efforts of the leasing staff, and along with the Property Manager, this individual will serve as the face of CA Management Services and the property in our new markets. New Development Leasing & Marketing Managers are expected to have a strong background in leasing or sales management and experience managing teams in a leadership role. The Leasing & Marketing Manager should be a resilient sales leader that embraces the opportunity to be innovative in his or her work during the launch of the property. .

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage scheduling of leasing staff, including weekly in-office and on-campus efforts and event 
  • Conduct on-going training on industry and market-specific issues related to the leasing of the property 
  • Handle leasing inquiries, conduct tours, perform follow ups, and assist prospects with the application process 
  • Train and supervise leasing agents in each aspect of the leasing process, including Entrata 
  • Ensure each day that follow ups are being thoroughly completed with detailed notes in Entrata 
  • Maintain high employee morale while holding team members accountable to stated leasing goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience 
  • Experience managing a team and successfully meeting goals 
  • Record of success in leasing or sales 
  • Willingness to work the hours needed to meet stated goals, including some nights and weekends 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Eye for design and branding with the ability to manage vendors to match brand standards 
  • Familiarity with financial reports, budgets, and accounts
